These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website nilocollab.com (the "Site"), operated by Nilo Collaborations AB, org. no. 559273-2241, Bytaregatan 4D, 222 21 Lund, Sweden ("Nilo", "we", "us").

These Terms set out the conditions under which we make the Site available. By using the Site, you accept them; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site is an informational website describing Nilo's products and services and allowing you to contact us, for example to book a demo. The Site does not require an account.

2. The Nilo product

Use of the Nilo workshop product available at nilomeeting.com is governed by separate terms presented there. These Terms apply only to the Site.

All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, design, and software – is owned by or licensed to Nilo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by mandatory law or by the open-source licence terms applicable to third-party software components used on the Site.
